Judge Steps Down in Raymond Child Custody Case

In what amounts to a victory for Tameka Raymond, the judge in the child custody case between herself and Usher steps down. Tameka Raymond, who lost custody of her two sons to Usher, filed a motion for a new hearing after uncovering inappropriate activity between the judge presiding over their child custody case and Usher’s legal counsel.

According to Straight from the A, an order just came down from the courts to assign the case to another judge, rendering all prior rulings void.
